Three modes of choosing to get refund:

• Back to Source: After quality check is passed, the return amount will be credited to the original method of payment
• COD Order Refund: After quality check is passed, you will get a link from our payment partner RazorpayX. Fill its form & the return amount will be credited to your account
• MyFrido Credits: If you have chosen to get MyFrido Credit, the credits will be shown in your account. These are non-refundable and can only be redeemed within our store

Terms & Conditions:

• Time-bound Returns: Products returned beyond the 7-day period, or those showing signs of use or damage, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges
• Sales Platform: For sales from platforms like Amazon, Cred or other marketplaces, returns may not be applicable from our website
