How do I use it for cold therapy?

Seal the pad in the plastic bag and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours. The gel stays flexible, so it still folds and molds to the body once chilled.

What's the difference between the two fabric sides?

The sides control intensity, not temperature. The soft knitted side gives gentler, more gradual therapy, while the smooth nylon side gives more direct, intense therapy, for either hot or cold use.

Does the gel go hard in the freezer?

No! The gel core stays soft and flexible even straight from the freezer, so it molds to the body instead of freezing into a stiff block.

Yes.! The pad is cordless and microwave and freezer friendly, made to be cooled or heated and reused for months, with no disposable packs to replace.

How do I use it for hot therapy?

Lay the pad flat in the microwave and heat for about 25 seconds, then check the temperature before use. Heat in short 5-second bursts if you'd like it warmer.

What size is the Large pad and what's it best for?

At 27.8 × 35 cm, it's the mid-size option of the three, built to cover broad areas rather than targeted small joints. It lies flat across the lower back, abdomen, or thighs for full coverage of a whole muscle group without repositioning.

Do I need a towel between the pad and my skin?

Not with the knitted side, it sits between the gel and your skin to soften direct cold, so you can use it comfortably without a separate towel. For hot use, always check the temperature first.

Broad Lay-Flat Coverage
The large 27.8 × 35 cm surface lies flat across broad areas like the back, abdomen, or thighs, so one pad covers a whole muscle group without repositioning.

Dual-Sided Feel
Use the knitted side for gentler contact, or the nylon side for a more direct temperature feel.

Hot & Cold Use
Freeze the pad for 2 hours for cold therapy, or lay it flat in the microwave and heat for 25 seconds for warm therapy. Check the temperature before use and heat in 5-second increments if needed.

Flexible Gel Core
The gel stays soft even straight from the freezer, so it molds closely to the body instead of hardening into a stiff block.

Long-Lasting Temperature
The larger gel volume holds warmth or cold longer than a smaller pad, so a single session lasts without needing to reheat or refreeze as often.

Reusable Cordless Design
Microwave and freezer friendly with nothing to plug in, it's built to be cooled or heated and reused for months.

Strap-Free Placement
No buckles or straps to adjust. Just rest it over the area while sitting or lying down.
