Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment & Participation
Affiliates must complete the registration process and accept all terms of this agreement to participate in the Frido Affiliate Program. Enrollment does not guarantee approval, as applications are subject to review and acceptance by Frido.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on sales generated through their referral efforts. The commission structure is subject to periodic revisions at the sole discretion of Frido. Any updates will be communicated via the Affiliate Portal and will take effect as specified.
3. Payment Terms
Commission payouts are processed only after the completion of the return/exchange period for the referred sales. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details at the time of registration. Frido is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.
4. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates are required to promote Frido’s products using ethical marketing practices that align with the brand’s values and reputation. False, misleading, or exaggerated claims are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination from the program.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, deceptive advertising, or any behavior that may harm Frido’s brand integrity. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spam marketing, misleading promotions, and unauthorized discount offers.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, and branding materials remain the exclusive property of Frido. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing assets solely for promotional purposes within the scope of the program. Any misuse or unauthorized alteration of Frido’s intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
7. Confidentiality Obligations
Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information received during their participation in the program. This obligation remains in effect for a period of five years post-termination of the agreement.
8. Indemnification & Liability
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Frido harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their promotional activities. Frido’s liability under this agreement is strictly limited and shall not exceed INR 10,000 under any circumstances.
9. Agreement Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Affiliates may terminate their participation with a 7-day written notice. Frido reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation immediately in the event of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or breach of any terms.
10. Modifications & Amendments
Frido reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, including commission structures and promotional guidelines, at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of any updates to the terms.
