Bought for third trimester, now 3 months postpartum and still using it daily for nursing support. My baby latches better when I'm properly supported. The fill adjustment meant I could soften it a bit for postpartum comfort. Truly a buy once use forever product.

I bought a C-shaped pillow at 7 months, too bulky, husband couldn't sleep. Tried a regular maternity wedge, kept sliding. Then tried this Frido Plus and the difference is huge! It stays in place, supports exactly where I need it, and my husband can actually sleep next to me without hanging off the edge. Should have bought this first.

I have a specific lower back issue from before pregnancy and for me the back pillow side doesn't provide quite enough firmness even with maximum fill. For normal back pain it probably works great. For existing back conditions you might need supplementary support. The belly support side is excellent though.
