Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy Explained:

  • You have 7 days from when you receive your order to decide if it's right for you.
  • If it's been more than 7 days since delivery, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
  • Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.

  • Items returned after the 7-day period, or if they are used or damaged, can't be returned or exchanged.
  • During sales on our site or platforms like Amazon or Cred, we don't offer returns. Exchanges may be considered for quality, damage, or size issues—subject to stock availability and at our discretion.
  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned again. We offer a one-time exchange to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Go to our Return/Exchange Page within 7 days.
  2. Put in your order details and email.
  3. Follow the steps provided.
  4. After you submit the form, we'll call you for a quick virtual check using photos or videos.
  5. If everything looks good online, we'll arrange to pick up the item.
  6. We'll then do a final check when we get the item.
  7. If it passes our check, we'll process your refund or exchange.

This process might take around 7-8 working days. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery Info: Our team will try to deliver your order three times. They might ask to see an ID when they deliver. If you ordered a few items, they might come in different packages. You can track them with your order number.

About Refunds: If you need a refund, we'll start it within 48 hours. It should reach you in 5-6 working days. But some banks might take a bit longer, up to 10-15 days.

Other Important Info: Keep the product's packaging for at least a week. All items should be sent back with their original tags and parts. If something's missing, we can't accept the return.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery on three separate occasions failing which the item would be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.

  • Our delivery partners may sometimes require valid ID proof for delivering your package. Please mail us at help@myfrido.com or call us at +91 74984 76544 if you have further queries.

  • Depending on availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number.

REFUND

In cases where a refund needs to be issued,

  • We will take 48 hours to process the refund once approved. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account generally within 5-6 working days. The said timeline is subject to differ or extension depending on the bank. In the case of public sector banks, it may take up to 10-15 working days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All products should be returned unused and in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, freebies, and original boxes defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.

  • Kindly retain the packaging for 7-10 days of delivery as it may be needed just in case you need to return the product.
