Highly recommended to use during pregnancy or otherwise for relief from sciatica pain. I've been using this for the past 2 months during my pregnancy and it has given me huge relief from the constant back pain which I used to face before because of my IT work nature of sitting in front of computer all day. I would recommend this to be a permanent must-have for all who need to sit for long hours on a chair everyday

Low back pain gone! I had severe low back pain until last month. One of my friends suggested this chair cushion and it's a game changer. It Fits my chair perfectly for my WFH hours. Earlier I couldn’t sit on the floor for meditation session, it would result in pain and weakness in my legs. But using this cushion i can sit on the floor without worrying about the pain. Hope this keeps helping me like this.
