What size Frido Insoles should I buy?
Frido Dual Gel Insole comes in 2 different size.

1. Small (5-7 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 5 UK to 7 UK.
2. Regular (8-11 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 8 UK to 11 UK.

Upon selecting the correct option, you can use scissors to trim the insole from the top to find a custom fit.
We have provided a guide to trim the insole in the package.
Are these Trimmable?/ Can I Trim these insoles with scissors?
Yes, These insoles can be trimmed to fit using a pair of sharp scissors easily.
Do I need to remove existing insole in my shoes? What if they are not removable?
Yes, most of the shoes nowadays have a removable or lightly glued insole, which can be taken off with no effort.
In case your shoes doesn't have a removable insole, simply place Frido insole on top of your existing insole and you're good to go.
Can Frido insoles be transferred from shoe to shoe?
We recommend you get separate insoles for separate shoes for hygiene as well as custom trim fit purposes.

But this is something that we don't recommend because of Hygiene. Another reason is different fit of different shoes.
