The Gel Max Comfort Insoles are designed with a slim 15mm profile to fit most shoes comfortably. We recommend removing your shoes' original insoles before insertion. If your shoes are already snug, try the insoles in shoes with more interior room first. The memory foam will compress slightly with use to conform to your foot while maintaining cushioning properties.
How do I trim these insoles to fit my shoes?
Remove your existing insole and place it on top of your Gel Max insole as a template. Trace the outline with a pen, then carefully trim along this line using sharp scissors. Cut a little outside the line initially, then test the fit and trim more if needed. The insoles feature guide lines to help with accurate sizing for common shoe sizes.
Can I wash these insoles?
