I use it on the treadmill and feel it effective in preventing the rubber burning my sole. I love it more as I am basically a barefoot runner on the road.

Been a fan of Ganesh sir's work initially used frido insoles almost a year which gave an impeccable comfort experience. After that using Frido barefoot pro from last 12 odd days covered almost 1200 kms driving walking trekking and add another 1000 km in train travelling, the comfort for feet hv been top notch literally felt like walking barefoot. A must product to have if you love your feet and don't want thm go through hideous pain on heels especially. Confidence and trust on Ganesh sir's vision and Frido growth story is more bullish thn ever. Looking forward to frido offline store's and get a feet scan done for other products. Thanks for amazing product after the initial delivery hiccup from Amazon it was better to order from frido directly.
