The Cult Gift Card shall solely be issued to the Winner once the return period of the Products (please refer to Frido’s Return and Refund Policy) has expired. To clarify, the

Campaign Offer shall not apply to any orders that are cancelled or marked for return by the Participant.

To participate, the Participant must satisfy either of the condition set out in paragraph 4(a) or 4(b) above during the Campaign Period. Participation is automatic upon purchase, and no additional steps are required to enter.

This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Cult Fitness. Cult Fitness is not responsible for the management, execution, or fulfillment of the prize.

Winners must adhere to the terms and conditions of Cult Fitness, as notified by Cult Fitness on their platform. The use of the gift card is subject to the availability of services on the Cult app/website and the specific terms of Cult Fitness, which may change from time to time.

Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries. The selection process is final, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome.

The gift card is valid for 1 (One) year from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Any unused balance will remain on the card until it is exhausted, or the card expires.

The gift card is the responsibility of the holder. Frido and Cult Fitness are not liable for any unauthorized use, lost, or stolen cards. Please ensure that the card details are kept secure.

The Participant consents to Frido’s use of their name, image, testimonials, and any content related to the Campaign for promotional purposes without any additional compensation. In the event the Participant, who is a winner, disagrees to Frido’s use of their name, image, testimonials etc., for promotional purposes, such Participant shall be disqualified and cannot be adjudged as a ‘winner’.

All Participant information provided during the Campaign will be processed in accordance with Frido's privacy policy. By entering the Campaign, Participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of the Campaign and any future promotional efforts by Frido.

The distribution of gifts shall be at the sole discretion of Frido. Frido may substitute or change the gift offered under the Campaign at any time without notice. The gift card shall be non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each Participant, by entering the Campaign, expressly discharges and releases Frido from any claim, action, or demand arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or their gift. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the aggregate liability of Frido to a Participant for any reason shall not exceed the value of one gift.

Frido reserves the right to modify, amend, or alter the rules governing the Campaign in its sole discretion without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions

governing the Campaign will be published on the same web link where the original Terms and Conditions are published. Frido also reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, and/or discontinue the Campaign or any part of it at any stage without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice or liability.

Regardless of the location of the Participant/Winner, all activities in relation to the Campaign, these Rules, Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, and any disputes arising from or in relation to the Campaign or participation in the Campaign shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India (including applicable tax laws, rules, and regulations). Each Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of law at Pune, Maharashtra.
